When will my groceries be delivered?

We deliver and stock your groceries before your arrival to ensure your fridge and pantry are fully prepped the moment you walk through the door.

How do you gain access to the vacation rental?

Please coordinate entry details with your property manager or host. We will need a lockbox code or specific instructions to access the property. If your host has any questions, please have them contact us.

How far in advance should I book?

For grocery delivery and stocking, please book a week in advance, but we will accept orders up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. For styled events, please book at least two weeks in advance. For gift baskets, please book at least a week in advance.

Do I need to be present during the delivery?

Not at all! Our service is designed to be seamless and contactless. We stock and style while the property is empty so that your vacation starts the second you arrive.

What is your cancellation policy?

Styled Events & Gift Baskets: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and reserve your service date. Due to the time, preparation, and planning involved, this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you need to cancel your service, please notify us as soon as possible. Grocery Stocking: Deposit is fully refundable if canceled 24 hours in advance.

Which areas do you serve?

We currently serve clients in Pensacola, Navarre, Pace, and Milton, Florida.

Can I order these services to my personal residence?

Of course! Our services are available to those visiting Florida's gulf coast, but also to those who call it home!

What are your accepted methods of payment?

We accept Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity is not included in our service pricing. While never expected, gratuities are always appreciated for exceptional service.
